Mission Statement:-

Manage the overall performance of the HR Service Delivery Center flow in one (1) specific area of ​​responsibility of the HR HR Center, so that all services related to the transactional process HR and inquiries are sent to countries on time and with high quality. Provision of services for CCI countries as part of the CCI-HR transaction process. Also, introduce them to good behaviors and avoid showing some mundane ones. Become an agent to change the cascading company values ​​on the team. Act as a business process change driver and try to identify and implement new initiatives to achieve positive business change. Make sure the overall team engagement stays in a positive direction. Ensure the timely introduction and introduction of technological solutions.


Main Responsibilities


Organize the processes of the internal chain so that the CCI of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the HR Stream Service Delivery Center meets and complies with the guidelines and procedures of the HR CC.
Coordinate and agree on priorities for service delivery with the HR Service Center Manager and responsible HR managers in the country to ensure greater customer satisfaction.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from ICC countries
Establish performance management and development routines at each level. Encourage, develop and train the team to achieve maximum performance. Ensuring a healthy succession plan
Contact internal users to resolve issues and questions
Identify and respond to customer needs and ensure customer service is efficient and exceeds requirements.
Make sure the team fully understands HR SC's vision and strategy and is trained to carry out projects and initiatives. Identify and discuss possible problems / threats in the team and in the HR Service Center Manager.
Improve the sharing and implementation of best practices.
Establish relationships with key contacts within the HR SC HRM workflow to enhance collaboration and innovation
Create an atmosphere of openness and trust between the members of the river and their support.
